Specialist assessment and rehabilitation for people with dizziness, balance problems and for people living with stroke and other neurological conditions. No GP referral needed.

TWO SPECIALIST SERVICES

DIZZINESS, VERTIGO & BALANCE

Dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness are common, treatable and often go unrecognised.

Specialist vestibular assessment and rehabilitation for spinning, unsteadiness, motion sensitivity and falls, including when scans are normal.

Where the two meet

NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION

Recovery after stroke or a neurological diagnosis doesn't have to stop when NHS therapy ends.

Ongoing specialist neurological rehabilitation at home or in clinic, including shoulder pain and spasticity management after stroke or other neurological conditions.

Dizziness and balance problems are common after stroke and in MS, Parkinson's disease and brain injury. I work across both specialties, so these problems are assessed and treated together rather than falling between services.

Dizziness, Vertigo & Balance Disorders

Specialist assessment and rehabilitation for vestibular and balance disorders. We work collaboratively with GPs, ENT surgeons, neurologists and audiovestibular physicians. Patients can also self-refer.

Vestibular and balance disorders we assess and treat include:

  • BPPV

  • Vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis

  • Vestibular migraine

  • Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)

  • Ménière's disease

  • Bilateral vestibulopathy

  • Post-surgical vestibular rehabilitation — including following vestibular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma) and labyrinthectomy

  • Concussion-related dizziness

  • Cervical dizziness

  • Orthostatic hypotension

  • Balance problems and falls in older adults

  • Multifactorial balance disorders

  • Dizziness and balance disorders associated with neurological conditions — including stroke, MS, Parkinson's disease and traumatic brain injury
